It is my pleasure to create unique artwork for you. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase please look over the following conditions and contact me immediately at sarah@squiggle.co.nz  


PURCHASE POLICY

 

You understand that by ordering from Squiggle Art, you agree to the following terms:

  1. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that any item ordered  is suitable for the intended final destination of the product.

  2. Detailed product information is available for each product on my website.  If you have any questions or queries, please contact me before placing your order.

  3. While every effort is made to ensure colour accuracy, there may be slight variations in colour between what is displayed on your device and the actual product, as every device is different.

 

These terms and conditions are in place to ensure you make informed decisions about your purchases and to address any concerns regarding product suitability and colour accuracy.

 

RETURNS POLICY & REFUNDS

Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 24 hours of receipt of delivery in accordance with the Returns Policy. 

    

Change of Heart

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds or exchange due to change of heart on any personalised or custom made products. 

   

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the artwork is damaged in any way during shipping, please contact me within 24hrs.  All original packaging needs to be retained, and photographs emailed to me so that I can file an insurance claim.  I will replace the item as soon as possible.

 

Order Delays

Every effort will be made to have your order ready within 7-10 business days of approval/confirmation of ordering. However, I can take no responsibility for delay by Couriers, shipping agents.
